Alea Jacta Est #20
Much has been happening lately, and our many selves needed a little rest. Here below is a piece I wrote on january 2010, just after some blue liaison officers started to get interested in me. It seemed talking to a poet about higher principles gives them a vertigo…! This short piece is pretty much still accurate today…..as short tempered officers appear to dread any reasonable exchange with me…. and scare me with searches and lockup if my questions make him finish his shift too late…. You see my dear reader, there is such a concept as reasonable force, so why not reasonable defence or reasonable questions or remarks…… especially when an officer makes typo on the dates… And all this sudden wonderful entertainment because I am by nature a protector of the Earth, as it makes sense to me to respect the environment I live in, and it is definitely reasonable to stand and act for it. And most importantly, to live by it, as it is in our actions that we can see the true nature of our intentions. I am my nature, nothing will ever justify anyone coming to take it. Furthermore, It is just as much reasonable to kindly call an “idiot” whoever acts as such.
This piece finishes the 2nd serie of the Raven’s tirade. Thank you for following us, the website will be due an update soon for clearer navigation! Continue reading

Ameyrica III Ameyndments
The saga continues in Sheffield, with more new words to teach our future children! Now the Police has invited Amey plc in their control room with views develop techniques to use on fracking protestors. We are loving it in Sheffield. My poet self is still on bail but a roundabout performance is on the way….. although swapping corporate entertainment for coporate* entertainment wouldn’t really fit my schedule and plans. So, here we are, Ameyrica III Ameyndments is I believe the best so far, we’ve had such a laugh working on it, enjoy, Continue reading

Ameyrica II Ameyndments
So here we are again, in the street of ex-leafy Sheffield, where I am not allowed because on bail….. which hopefully will soon be amended to allow me to collect more artistic evidence from the incredible one-in-a-lifetime human experience in the making there (albeit a 100m from work zones…… but possibly with a megaphone!).
This is the second parchment of words and their definition that we have recollected from our anthropological excursions in the Stump city. Enjoy Continue reading

The seeds of Future
Still inspired from the actual situation around my street, in Sheffield, january 2018. When our future is governed by men/women who have no understanding of their own actions. but at the end, we re all the same, without purpose, there is nowhere to go. This has been inspired by a discussion (to put it kindly), with some police liaison officers who come on site apparently just to warn people they can be arrested….. but in fact the conversation is pretty much oneway and gets boring quickly….. enjoy

Here is the 4th tirade from the new set, illustrating the fact that every action is the result of the choice we made to carry it. Inspired by the Cogito Ergo sum of Rene Descartes. The last verse is a … Continue reading
