The Payne Tradition

Inspired from events that happened in Sheffield Uk on the
 27th of November 2017.
The bottom line: the council and corporate giant amey hire
 private security firm (with public money!?) 
and use blitzkrieg tactics to serve their own obscure agenda
 rather than attend the city and its resident's needs.
